Basic Computer store or Tandy.
If you are lucky when you open the case you can get the details off the battery 1st then go buy
one. so you don't have to worry about leaving things open. When you open the case if you notice a lot of dust in the computer
Buy a can of compressed air and blow out the dust . DO NOT use your Vacuum Cleaner.

I don't know if Staples would have them. A better bet might be Best Buy or Circuit City. If you have one close, a Radio Shack would definetely have it.
