Hi I am helping out a small charitable organisation at the moment with some printing problems they are experiencing with Microsoft Office products on a small file sharing network.Sometimes it prints and other times it comes up with a grey error box giving the option to send the error report to Microsoft. It appears to be pretty unstable.I can view the technical information about the error but it won't let me copy it.The box is protected. The problem appears to be with UNIDRV.DLL.
Does anyone know the best course of action to take to rectify this problem.Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Tom.
