i don't know where i should post this, i'm practically computer illiterate.
I got an MP4 yesterday, and it worked fine for a little while. Songs were playing, the whole bit

I turned it off and put it to charge last night, and I woke up this morning, and it won't even turn on!!
What am I supposed to do? The instructions are in Chinese, and I can't understand why its not working!
I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, that didn't work.

It won't turn on while its on the charger, i get a screen that looks like it wants to light up, but doesnt

My pc isnt recognizing it as anything anymore, no files for it, nothing

I tried to run my MP4 and media player in sync, is that why?

now i heard somewhere that it has to be on in order to charge, but if it wont turn on, what can i do to fix it?

can someone help me cuz my husband is going to kill me if he find out i broke it the first day i got it.

I believe that, by MP4, you mean MP3 player, and it sounds like yours is defective. Return to retailer or contact manufacturer.

could b mp4 player
check and c if there is a lock switch on one of the sides if so move it to off
this setting can lock the whole unot.

my mp4 multimedia player has the same problem it won't turn on and there is no lock button to unlock it or lock and when am charging it it lights up and says highlander.

Also I do not know how to take the back of it to take the battery out can someone please tell me how.
