When I shut down my computer, it hangs up closing TRdww. (I know from research that is Total Recorder, I don't think that's a program I'm using, and I couldn't find a way to remove it). I have to click "end now." When I've used your recommended program CleanUp it goes away for a week or so, but always returns.

Yesyerday I installed a one month trial of the Kapersky anti virus. When I shut down my computer I had to end the TR twice-- the first time the full address was

TRdww:ProgramFiles\Kapersky the second time it was
TRdww:ProgramFiles\Google

I'd appreciate your advice about how to handle this.

Thanks, Sarah
