It looks like you're unpacking a badly built part archive. Try starting from a different file (such as the last in the series), but it may just be corrupt.

there is one file split into about 14 files in each cd
could u tell me the way to join all the files using win rar

The rld-fi07.r00 corresponds to an illegal download of the game Fifa 07, and as such we cannot help you because downloading illegal software goes against the ToS of this site.
