USLEC IE6 browser hijack

My browser has be hijacked by USLEC. I have run all available software and malware tool but they come ip blank. See the attached word document for how I get redirected if I type in a non valid address. I have called these people and they are not on the up an up. I cannot get a name or number of technical service help and they only tell me to call my ISP..HELP!!! I am curently running firefox until I get this fixed.

I have posted my hijack this log and I see some funny stuff but not sure what to do..
