I am using a PC, Windows XP. Internet Explorer 7, I have just downloaded the new IE. I have Norton Anti Virus but switched it off while I downloaded a program that I probably shouldn’t have earlier today, via Morpheus. I have learned my lesson.
I have come here after going through multi-step procedures from Help2Go. I think we are getting there.
Problems:
1 A dialogue opens on start-up and advises me that it cannot run because it cannot find the file: wll8c2cl.dll
2 My Norton Anti Virus is always disabled at start-up, although it is not set to be so, I have to click an advice balloon to get it going.
3 In internet explorer pop-ups and uninvited windows open often.
As advised, I have just run BFU and made and new HiJack log (below). After posting his I will be trying this: http://download.blee...Bs/combofix.exe
