Huge screen fonts and icons! EEEeeeekkk!

Ok, so i don't know much but i uninstalled a couple of things, Messenger and a game that i no longer play. It told me to restart, which i did and now my whole screen is massive, icons, text, you name it, now it's enormous. I've looked in display but it says my font size is normal.
Please help, i've no idea what to do!
Thanks, i need my laptop back!!

go to control panel and click on display. from there choose settings and then slide the slider bar for the resolution up. Just take it one step at a time until its back where it should be. in most cases this will be all the way to the right.
