My custom PC is acting up.
I have a S3 ViiRGE DX video card 4MB (will upgrade for christmas till than,)
The display is all shaky. Should I try another monitor
All suggestions are welcome.

Yes, trying a different monitor is a good first step.
Have you updated the video driver lately or installed a different video card?

Changed the monitor. All is well.
That monitor is trash. Oh well it overheated too much anyway
