Trojan Downloader I can't get rid of

Not too long ago I had a problem that one of your staff helped me with involving a bad website I visited that infected my computer with numerous viruses and adware. All seemed to be ok after following instructions but I am still having a few problems I can't seem to get rid of.

I have tried to run my virus scanner and it detects a few trojans and a trojan downloader, but can't fix them. I also tried to use the trendmicro free online virus scan, but the page closes after only a few minutes of scanning and never finishes.

This could be my ISP, but I have also been noticing that I will suddenly lose my internet connection, but the modem is fine and nothing indicates that the connection is off.
