excuse me i was just wondering when vista is coming out and how muhc it is going to be becuase im running on a tight budget and my computer i capable of running vista

It will be available with a new PC sometime in late November. It probably won't be available retail until late January. Prices will vary depending on the version you buy, and if it's upgrade or full-version. It will be inline with XP pricing.
