Problems with Saytime.exe

I got this computer a few months ago and when I install saytime exe which I bought my lexmark printer icon, HP Digital Imaging Monitor and ICQ do not show in the customized notification area. Could you please tell me what is doing this. I really love the Saytime program. Thank you. :whistling:
