I am having a problem with Outlook 2002. When I try to reply to a message I often get an "operation failed' error message. It usually happens when I reply to e-mail from within my organization. We have tried a repair and also reinstalled the program but neither has helped. I've searched the microsoft site endlessly as well and seen nothing that fully applies. Can anyone help?

Per MS Article 312354, you could try creating a new profile.
Is there anything similar about the replies that prompt this error? For example, are they all to internet/external recipients, all to internal recipients, all have attachments, don't have attachments, sent out of Word instead of Outlook, copied/pasted text.
