Crazy Dudes.
Getting rid of this was quite a test, I followed all other threads from many sites. I ran Spybot/Adaware Norton Virus checker and many more.
Just try these simple steps

1. Open internet explorer, go to tools and then "Manage Add-ons" In here look for the following and select them one at a time
Banner Rotator (maybe more than one)
Ohb Class (maybe more than one)
Once you have selected them one at a time the disable button at the bottom becomes available check it and then do this again for the other entries as listed above.
Close out of the internet.
2. Click start, Run and then type msconfig. Go to the startup tab. remove any ticks from any that have "ie at the beginning.
Apply and then ok and restart.
That should be it
