Hello I was just reading through my new PC gamer magazine
and saw this ad for a chip that reduces ping?Is it possible?

I have. It essentially does a lot of network processing and caching on the card, instead of using CPU clock and cache or RAM to do it. No where near worth the money, unless you've got a 6 figure endorsement deal playing Quake.
