Hi
I posted a question last week but I don't know if I got a reply or not?

I have recently installed a Capture Card so that I can watch TV on my computer.
Initially the software installed OK and it searched for chanels and all that.
I then removed the card from it's slot to change the jumper from being an unpowered antenna to a powered one, then went to reinstall the software and I now get the following annoying message.

Not Supported - ;;2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519

What does it all mean

Somebody please help!

At a guess I'd say that particular feature (powered antenna) does not work with Windows XP SP2. You might find an update or more info regarding SP2 compatibility on the TV card's manufacturer's website.
