Hey!

My friend got this Fujitsu Laptop and have just formatted/reinstalled Windows XP...

Now the problem is, he can't find his "Fujitsu Siemens Computer Lifebook C-Series 1020" model on the Fujitsu website!

Nor can he find the serial or configuration number!

So he cant download any drivers capable of the computer... Only error message on drivers that says: Not supported bla bla bla....

How can he get Graphics and Audio drivers on his computer? It's such a mess...

three ideas here
- under the laptop there is ofter a sn number, on the fujitsu site, if he pastes it into the serch slot, it will turn up the model
- normally on the maker's site there is a way of sending an email to explain the problem directly to them
- below is a free program that once installed tells you what drivers are missing and very often links you directly to the download page

Of course I've tested some stuff first, so the 1st one wont work!

Tried to paste the serial in, but no luck...

If the program doesnt work, I can try to send an email!

Tnx...
