driver problems

I have an ASUS computer with a SiS 7012 Audio Codecs driver. I tried to download a driver compatible to this device but it still does not work. I am running Server 2003. Could anyone help me troubleshoot this problem?

And your sure you have everything plugged in correctly? Speakers/power cable to speakers/ and that you have in fact downloaded the correct drivers? If you have, I would reccomend installing the original drivers that came with your motherboard (This is on board audio we're talking about right?) before installing updated drivers form the manufactureres website.
