I have recently noticed that I cannot drag and drop any of my files to any other location in windows explorer. In order to do so now, I have to copy and paste. Anyone know how to fix this?

I am using a Dell XPS M140 notebook with Windows XP Media Center Edition and service pack 2.

Oh, thanks, ill restart now.. and one more question, though i guess this could be considered trolling:
I can't seem to correctly shut down my computer.
I press start -> Shut down -> shut down but it shuts certain programs: Notably, my wireless adapter, my power saver settings, and me ESET NOD32 Anti Virus.
But Windows Live, xFire, Hamachi, and unimportant stuff stays on and i have to right click and put exit, then try doing shut down again a million times before it actually finally shuts off... any idea what the problem is?

note: *did not restart yet because i was hoping there was a fix to this so i don't need to use the power button hold method.*

No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save As, and save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
Attach the file to your next reply.

You have pretty serious number of startups. Some of them unneeded.
One thing, I need to know...do you use more, than one language in MS Office?

I used to with MSO2003, but i got 2007 and i'm not sure if i did the language pack thing or whatever.

Forgive the double post, and the stupid question, but, What exactly does startup programs have to do with computer shut down?

Well, it looks like some programs, which start automatically with your computer, hang up, when you try to shut it down.
I still need to know, if you currently use two languages in Office, because I don't know, which startups we can safely disable.

Just remembered: Never bothered to install the Spanish language, so yeah, only English in Microsoft office.

You mean the enabled editing languages, right? Yeah, only English.
