Blank StartUp Entries

I was just going through my start up programs using msConfig and noticed two blank lines. No associated files seem to be present. Please see attched image.

Is it ok to disable these lines?
Could this be an indicator of other problems with my system?
It does take forever to start up and close down.

Hi there,

The blank entries are nothing bad, they do not affect startup speed or such. Leaving them will have no negative consequences. They are probably just left over after you uninstalled a program or got rid of a virus or something. If, however, you want to get rid of them , you will have to edit the registry.
