I tried this solution from this post, but it doesn't look like the same problem I have...

I tried avg antivirus, trend micro pc-cillin, lavasoft adaware, spybot search & destroy..but none has resolved my issue...

Problem:
Everytime I try to open any folder or my computer, my explorer closes and it restarts or refreshes again...
...in safe mode, it opens fine. I can't open control panel in normal mode either..
