I can't update Nod32 to the latest definitions. It keeps giving me an error message stating that it was unable to connect to the update server. Can anyone help me on this one? :whistling:

On a web page, click tools, internet options, reset the security settings to default

Close the browser

Hey Keith, thanks for the reply. I set it to default, and it didn't work. The exact error I get is "Server connection failure". Could this be a problem on my side?

Everything else works fine except Nod32. I wouldn't know if someone changed anything since I'm using my laptop from work.

Hi Keith,

OK. I just figured out that I need a registered username and password in order to download Nod32. This is a company laptop, and therefore I have no idea what the password is or where to get it. Any other options?
