win/ui/biosctl.exe message at startup

in the last couple of days when i start up my pc i get a box with the following message - any ideas why please.

c:\windows\ui\biosctl.exe
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt

this system file is not suitable for running ms-dos microsoft windows applications

with 2 boxes close and ignore
