You can do it this way

Download Paint.Net from my signature, this version requires .net framework 2

Open the PDF, click select to give you a cross when you position the cursor over the image, click and hold the left button until you have selected the image, release the button, click edit, click copy

Open Paint.Net, click edit, click paste in to new image, click file, click save as, jpeg

Not sure if you can paste in to a new image with Windows paint

ok i downloaded it all, but it says that the image is not recognizable and it cant be opened.

You selected the image from the PDF then clicked edit then copy to clipboard

Then you opened Paint and it won't recognise it?

How large is the PDF with the images
