Random Restarts

Lately, my computer has been seemingly restarting at random. Even when I don't use any programmes, it simply restarts itself. Every time it restarts, the error report pops up. I clicked on 'Send Report' and this is what I got.

It's, well, less than helpful. Where do I even begin looking? I haven't installed any new hardware in months.

I need some major help; I'm losing quite a bit of work with these restarts.

remember we are working blind so bare with us
to help others reply to your question
if you haven't mentioned it yet:
- what model of computer
- what os, XPpro or home
- how old is it

to topic then, all moving part have a lifespan
perhaps we can get more detail here

runbox command
- press keyboard buttons: winkey + r
- paste this in slot: eventvwr.msc
- press: enter
- see in the is an error report there
(it may give us some more detail)
