Random Restarts

Lately, my computer has been seemingly restarting at random. Even when I don't use any programmes, it simply restarts itself. Every time it restarts, the error report pops up. I clicked on 'Send Report' and this is what I got.

It's, well, less than helpful. Where do I even begin looking? I haven't installed any new hardware in months.

I need some major help; I'm losing quite a bit of work with these restarts.
