Freezes on a poor video card

Hello people at GTG.

Im really annoyed by this one.

My Wonderful Custom PC is freezing on me.

2.0 ghz (amd semperon 2800 +)
win 2k
256 ram
S3 ViRGE DX/GX 4MB Video card

once in a while I freeze.

I think its my video card because I been looking everywhere for the proper drivers for Win2k because this card is soo old. I cant get a video card at the moment because I'm low on cash and if anyone would recommend a good video card for me for a veryyyyyyyy cheap price than please post that also.

Those drivers dont have support with windows 2000. Aww man.
Looks like Im gonna hafta save up and buy a new video card.

get some more ram and descent video card and you should be able to play some modern games on low. anyway if you go to newegg and look at video cards you can get some cheap ones for like 20

Alright thanks for the suggestion. Ill look into that. Im not looking into gaming. I just wanna do normal stuff (type documents, internet)
I also need to purchase a copy of XP soon cause Im starting to hate Windows 2000 server.
