[b]I had been using itunes all day yesterday, i was downloading music videos and then adding the files to my itunes library. After i had about ten videos on itunes, the message "itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close, sorry for the inconvience". I have windows xp. I tried to delete all my videos off my itunes library but the "message" would pop up before i had a chance. I've also uninstalled itunes and then reinstalled the program but nothing helped. I'm horrible with computers. Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :whistling:
