Okay, new to the forums, and I need a bit of help. This may sound weird to some, but oh well. I am trying to purposely crash my computer, but I cant. When I try and uninstall SP2, it says:

Bosnian (Latin,Bosnia and Herzegovina_ is a selected as the language for standards and formats, or for non-Unicode programs. This language is not supported prior to Windows XP Service Pack 2. Please see readmesp.htm to selet a different language.

Where do I find readmesp.htm? I need to crash this thing, and I cant. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
