Hi Karen50,

You have some very nasty malware there, and some of them are fairly new. I will need to see several logs before we start removing. All the requested logs may not fit into one post, you may need to make several posts so that the logs don't get cut off.

1) Download haxfix.exe
and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on haxfix.exe to install haxfix. (standard installation path is c:\program Files\haxfix)
  • Checkmark "Create a desktop icon"
  • Click "Next"
  • When the installation is completed, make sure that the checkmark "Launch HaxFix" is placed
  • Click "Finish"
A red "dos window" (dos box) will open with options:
1. Make logfile
2. Run auto fix
3. Run manual fix
E. Exit Haxfix
  • Select option 1. Make logfile by typing 1 and then pressing Enter
  • Haxfix will start scanning the computer. When it is finished a logfile will open: haxlog.txt > (c:\haxfix.txt)
  • Copy the contents of that logfile and paste it into this thread.
2)
1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

3) Also, please download SREng
http://www.kztechs.c...reng/sreng2.zip

Extract it to Desktop and double click SREng.exe to run it
Select: Smart Scan and click on the [Scan] button.

The progress bar may stop at times, be patient, it is still scanning.

When finished, click on the Save Reports button and save the log to Desktop

Please post the SREng log in your reply.

4) You are running Hijackthis from a temporary file, but Hijackthis should be in a permanent folder to save its backups in case we need to undo any changes. Please delete the one you currently have.

  • Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
  • Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
  • Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Addition Tasks dialogue.
  • Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
  • Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
  • At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This.
  • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
  • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
  • Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
  • DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
You can post the HijackThis and Haxfix logs together, but please post the combofix and SREng logs each seperately, and after posting please check if those last two logs fit into the post, if not post the section that was cut off in yet another reply.
