dialer gen?

Hey, I run a 56k dial-up modem, and it connects and all, but i can only run it for about 15 minutes at max before it turns off, and another number starts dialing, which then says "this line is busy" or something along those lines, I did virus scan, and I had a whole bunch of them called "dialer gen" I deleted all of them, but they just keep coming back, is there anything I can do?
