I have a 4 port Switchview KVM for my desktop. It has PS2 connections for the mouse/keyboard, no USB ports.

I am looking at the Logitech MX400 mouse, which labels its connector as a "USB to PS/2 adapter."

Will the features of this work through the KVM?

it should...a usb to PS/2 adapter is designed to convert the usb signal to the PS/2 port...if they are shipping the mouse with the adapter then their driver for the mouse SHOULD be able to interperate the signals from the butons...whether it's usb or ps/2...
