I cannot open a secondary link or download or print from the internet. I have two browsers sbcyahoo and Internet Exporer Neither will allow these actions. I have set and reset the pop-blockers to not block on both browsers and it does not fix the problem. This problem prevents me from downloading your prelimenary :whistling: problem solving software... Can you assist?? Thank you in advance.
