Remove Trend Micro

I have a Dell XPS win XP. I had Trend Micro Internet Security V12. Something happened to the files (I guess) and I need to un install and re install. Can't do it thru the reg menu, add/remove programs, PCCTools.exe or evn manually. What next? Can't seem to get a hold of Trend Techs!
