how can you con a web service ino thinking you are in another country

In the past I used to be able to listen to rugby matches on-line over the bbc websites radio player. Unfortunately the BBC has now put a block on non UK based listners from receiving certain programmes because of "contractual obligations".

Is there anyway that I can con the BBC server into thinking I am based in the UK and not in fact in the middle east? :whistling:
