skype and Mac i-sight

I have a mac mini at home and use it with skype.

the problem is that there is a lot of feed back for the person at the other end when I use the i-sight and computer loud speakers instead of headphones. I do not have this problem when using my PC laptop and a cheap as chips logitech webcam/miv

Any ideas?
