When I am on the Internet, and I go to one of the webcam sites, a few seconds after my webcam turns on the Internet Explorer window closes up, and I get an error message saying:
An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in OpenH323

Any suggestions? I have absolutely no idea as to what OpenH323 is.

It gets a bit complicated, but - OpenH323 is a standard that whoever designed what you're trying to watch used to design the site. Make sure you have all of the updates for IE, and try it again, but it might be a web side issue.
