uninstalled nero and now wierd problem

after i uninstalled nero 7 now when i use my meda player to sync to devise or burn an error pops up and i have to keep closeing it over and over
the error is this
NERO
This program requires the file advrcntr.2.dll which was not found on this system.

any help on how to end this nusence would be great
i allreadt went in programs and manually deleated any thing that nero left after uninstall.

im not real savy on this but i have nero 7 and one time had to uninstall it to get it all off my pc ihad to download and run a program called nero cleaner i believe i got from the nero website after i used it every thing went back great. hope this helps
