Nero Problem

I was trying to burn DVD files to another disc from a DVD I had. I used Magic DVD Copier. Nero 2 would not finish the burn process and gave a error document.. What is my problem? what does the error doc. mean? Thanks For Your Help

Did you use quick copy with both discs inserted in drives
