Having a problem with all my video files (MPG & AVI). The audio can be heard but the video isn't showing.

Have recently downloaded Windows Media Player 11, my vids won't play in that or in RealPlayer.

I was having a problem with audio until I found CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) on another forum. Using that solved the audio problem but hasn't altered the video problem.

These MPGs & AVIs came from a Camcorder and have previously been working fine.

The problem is I don't know much about codecs, so I don't know which ones I need to display them.

Hi,

Download G-Spot, unzip it, run it, open the file in G-Spot and it will tell you exactly which codec it needs.
