Need mobo suggestion for dual xeon

I'm planning on building a new dual Xeon system for personal use and was wondering what motherboard I should use.

These are what will be in there for sure if I do build a new system:
Xeon 3.2GHz 800FSB 1MB
Xeon 3.2GHz 800FSB 1MB
1GB DDR2 400MHz
1GB DDR2 400MHz

These are what would be nice to have but not a must:
PCI-Express
Dual channel ram
Raid
SATA/SCSI

If SATA2 come's out sometime after I post then add it to the list above.

well i just bought an asus for my lga775 processor. i dont know much about xeon processors, but my asus has pci express and stuff. look at some of the asus motherboards through newegg.com
