We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Thankyou for helping me. Sorry for taking so long to replie, but I work shifts, ....

Unfortunatly Service Pack 1a for Windows XP doesnt want to install. The error says that this isnt a original windows XP??...... So what do I do know?

I have formated the whole hard drive, I removed power from the ram, (deleting all ram), reinstalling windows XP and the ASDL drivers, but the popups are still there. Why are the software (popup ) still there/poping-up? Where / how does it hide away?

 I have read on a forum that the popups are related to the Messenger service, Windows Messenger Service should be de-activated. I did exectly that, and the popups havent re-appeared (for the last hour)...???  :) :help: :whistling:

But origanaly I have formated the whole hard drive, I removed power from the ram, (deleting all ram), reinstalling windows XP and the ASDL drivers, but the popups are still there. Why are the software (popup ) still there/poping-up? Where / how does it hide away? :help:

Thank you for devoting you time in helping me,
Every second of Your help and time is worth a pound of gold.

Regards
Louis
