I was wondering if someone who uses Windows XP Media Center edition could answer me the following about the Royale theme (the original theme file as it shipped from the factory with the operating system):

When a task button flashes in the taskbar, does it blink once very quickly and remain orange for about 3 seconds? I downloaded the theme from microsoft.com, and the blinking is not as smooth as with the Luna styles. (I use XP home edition SP2).
