Hello everyone, i wonder if someone could help me out a bit. My partners PC is having some problems with internet explorer. There are times when windows will not open another window as required. Tools options have disappeard, unable to to into internet options via control panel as window does not open. Tried to down load HiJack This but it will not allow any downloads. There for have downloaded on my pc and transferred via a USB laptop hard drive. I have enclosed the hijack this log file below, i would be grateful for any assistance that could be shared, or offered. Alternatively would it be better to reformat hard drive and re-install xp from scratch.
