Hey guys,

quick question for yall..

We have 5 users here. When 1 user tries to send an email, with an attachment to 1 girl at our other location she receives the email but not the attachment. Now if i have one of the other users here send the same email and same attachment to that same girl she will get it.. any ideas? Useing outlook 2000, pop3/smtp protocols. thx guys

There may be an option that is deleting the attachment. Have the troubled user send the same email multiple times to different emails including external ones. If all of them will not receive the attachment than there has to be a user setting somewhere that is preventing it. Also check your event viewer or logs to see if there is something in there.
