Any advice on data recovery from a crashed hard drive. The MBR and file alocation tables are messed up. We have it in another machine with XP running but cannot see any of the old files. We have not been able to repair MBR or FAT. I did run the demo version of unerase and I can see files in HEX format but no details. Don't want tp pay $400 to have data recovered. Suggestions welcome.
