So i decided to upgrade to the new version but I have two problems, most pressing is that popups do not appear when they should ( don't know technical term) but ones like when you choose to empty your inbox in Hotmail don't popup. Likewise when doing my banking and I have to use IE instead. I don't get any notification that Firefox has blocked a popup, simply nothng happens. I tried disabling the popup blocker and the javascript blocker and still no change, annoying since this never happened in 1.5. Secondly, mainly after my PC's been on for a while, and I close and reopen FF nothing happens and I have to kill the process with Ctrl-Alt-Del, anyone else have this problem as I can't find anything to both these things. Thanks.

I do know that FF2 has had a fair share of teething problems and that there's a dedicated Firefox user forum at : http://forums.mozill...g/index.php?c=4

That may prove to be better in this instance than a multi-category forum like Geeks To Go. Read their posts, and if necessary, register and submit your own thread there. Good luck!
