Maybe this is posted somewhere here already, couldn't find it. My PC is not opening Jpg's right. When I click on a JPG, it tries to open in Word and shows all this text in Word, no pic. I can open Jpg's in photoshop, no problem. Then when I try to print Word document, all that prints is JPG, no text. I did go to tools/folder options/file types and changed default of Jpgs to Photoshop, but it doesn't change. Still tries to open in Word. Any ideas here?

just a question when you changed the file association did you also click the little box 'always use the selected program of open this type of file'

- right hand click picture
- choose: open with
- choose: photoshop
- click little box: always use the selected program of open this type of file
- click ok

you probably did but no harm in asking
