I have been working with Ryan over in Malware and he said to tell anyone here who may be able to help
that my computer has been cleared by the malware people we says I have an OS issue

I get frequent freezes that either say
Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close
The program has encountered a problem and needs to close
We are sorry for the inconvenience

Then I get asked if I want to report it and I do.

I just received this msg DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Sometimes I can end the program in task manager and sometimes I have to restart the computer.

I also sometimes get a msg regarding driver errors and then a get the BSD.

Just now When I right-clic on My Computer from the Desktop and
Click Properties then Click the System Restore tab.
Everything freezes up and I get this msg.
Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

XP with sp2

Appreciate any help or suggestions

I imagine some of the system files are now corrupted, and the simplest thing would just be a repair of system to restore the original defaults
