What hard drive works with my dell latitude c640 ?

My hard drive has failed on my dell c640. But i dont know what kind (ATA-6, IDE Ultra, etc....) I need to use for my computer. Basically all i need to know is what type of hard drive will work with my laptop. Newegg is the cheapest i can find the hard drives, if you know of a cheaper site please tell me.

If it was my laptop and it didn't tell me in the documentation I would remove the old hard drive, look it up to see what it is by model number and google, then buy accordingly.
