Whenever i go to log off and close my pc down, i get this message appearing. It does not end everytime i close down, so i have to always press 'end now' to end the process. Does anyone know which process in memory this would be or will i have to go through each one.

OK, this is timing and luck but if you turn off a computer but staight afterwards do the below three finger salute
press three buttons: ctrl, alt, delete
(brings up task manager)
not only will you be able to stop shutdown but perhaps you will see exactly which program is blocking the shutdown

so it is shutdown with one or two seconds
